Los l\u00edderes deben comprender cu\u00e1ndo es necesario mantener las costumbres que son beneficiosas para la organizaci\u00f3n y cu\u00e1ndo es necesario fomentar la adaptabilidad y promover el cambio.<br><br>\ud83d\ude4cFomentar la adaptabilidad implica fomentar una cultura organizacional abierta al cambio, donde se valore la creatividad, la innovaci\u00f3n y la experimentaci\u00f3n.
